Utica Comets 3-2 Over Rochester Americans

Wacey Hamilton (top) scored his first goal of the season, and also had an assist, Ronald Kenins and Bobby Sanguinetti also scored, and Henrik Tommernes had two assists.

Jacob Markstrom made 33 saves as the Utica Comets hung on to edge the Rochester Americans 3-2 in an American Hockey League game Saturday.

It was the eighth win in nine games for the Comets, 10-1-2-0 and leading the North Division, Western Conference, and entire AHL with 22 points. The Comets did not reach 22 points last season until December 20.
