It wasn’t as complete a victory as they might have liked.

The Utica Comets blew a 3-1 third period lead, but came back on shootout goals by Pascal Pelletier and Nicklas Jensen and edged the Oklahoma City Barons 4-3 in their American Hockey League game Wednesday at the Utica Memorial Auditorium.

The Comets picked up two valuable points, but the disappointing part is that the Barons, one of the teams they have to pass to get into the Calder Cup playoffs, picked up one.
